(APN) Copyright Policy and General Terms of Use for Website – The Accelerated
Professionals Network (APN) logo and all APN photos and literature (including all copyrights,
trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein) are the exclusive property of APN. Use
of the APN logo and the APN member logo is restricted to current APN members only, and both
print quality and web quality logos can be obtained from APN. Under no circumstances is
permission granted for use of APN images, text, web pages, or PDF files for other than personal
use. Users are encouraged to distribute APN website information by linking to the desired page
from their website or sharing APN website hyperlinks in other ways (such as via email).
Registered Trademarks – Accelerated Professionals Network, the APN logo, and APN
publications are all federally registered trademarks. Any use requires permission from APN and
must have the registration symbol ® upon first use. APN’s tag lines are trademarked with the ™
symbol and may not be used or replicated. This includes publications that may be tied to APN
